I live in the States and rent out a property in South Queensferry with them, and it has been a great weight off my mind to pass on the day-to-day management to them. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the same boat!
I have been letting my property in Edinburgh through 9% Property Management since 2008. I let several other properties in locations across the UK and can honestly say that the service I receive from Stewart and Fraser consistently exceeds expectations. In particular, it is the service I receive whenever there is a change in tenant that I value the most. This is traditionally a stressful time, but Stewart does an excellent job of vetting potential tenants and is always on hand to help get the accommodation ready for the next tenancy.
I have used 9% for over a year. They were quick to reply, showed enthusiasm for becoming my agent, came to the property and gave a power point presentation, showed all the fees (remarkable competitive prices, no hidden fees at all) and were able to provide ample references from other landlords who were happy to recommend.
Once the contract was signed, I am delighted to say that the effort and professionalism never faded in the slightest.
