Deposit

During discussions over deposits we act as an impartial third party between the landlord and tenant. 9% Property Management want you to get your full deposit back. When you feel it is time to move on from your home we will provide a checklist of tasks in order for you to leave the property as you found it. These need to be completed to the satisfaction of the property manager in order to avoid professional cleaning bills and any repair / replacement charges. We have a good reputation for fairness and impartiality in these matters.

We provide landlords with advice and guidance as to fair and reasonable deductions carried out in line with ARLA's "A guide to best practice for inventory providers". This handbook is intended as the benchmark standard for the residential lettings industry and based upon this we provide an impartial decision on what is a fair deduction.

The condition of the property will be documented when you move in to ensure you do not end up paying for damage you did not cause. You are welcome to add comments to this document.
